Heavy-Duty Softwood Decking

Traditional pressure-treated softwood deck boards fixed to a solid pressure-treated timber frame. Softwood decking gives an outdoor space a natural finish and can be planned around patios, seating areas and changes in garden level.

Planning the deck

Enter the required deck area and available options in the configurator for a clear online price. The decking is charged per square metre and includes installation. If you already know the shape, levels, stair position or preferred board direction, provide those details for the installation team. Ground levels and finishing options

Excavation is not included in the decking price. Ground reduction may be required where the platform needs to finish flush with a patio, pool surround or other existing surface. Review decking excavation before ordering if levels need to be reduced.

For raised or open sides, compare deck balustrades and softwood deck skirting. The first 6 inches below the platform is the fascia board included with the deck; skirting continues below that point towards ground level.
