Fully Insured

Every installation we carry out is backed by full public liability insurance — so you and your property are protected from the first day on site through to handover.

At a glance

  • Full public liability insurance in place for all installation work.
  • Cover applies while our team is working on your property.
  • A copy of our certificate is available on request before you book.
  • All installers on site are covered while carrying out their work.

What this means

Public liability insurance protects you in the unlikely event that something goes wrong during installation — for example accidental damage to your property, a neighbouring property, or injury to a third party caused by our work.

It means you aren’t left picking up the cost if an accident happens on site.

Why it matters

Hiring an uninsured installer can leave you exposed if damage is caused to your garden, driveway, shed, fence line or a neighbour’s property.

Working with an insured installer is one of the simplest ways to protect your home.

What our insurance covers

Our public liability cover applies while our installation team is carrying out work on your property, including:

  • Accidental damage to your property caused by our work
  • Accidental damage to a neighbouring property caused by our work
  • Injury to a third party arising from the installation
  • Damage to hard landscaping, paths or driveways used during the job where directly caused by us

What isn’t covered

Public liability insurance doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, weathering, pre-existing damage, or issues caused by changes made after installation.

It also doesn’t cover damage to concealed pipes, cables or services we were not told about in advance.

If something goes wrong

If you think damage has been caused during installation, speak to our team on site straight away — most things can be resolved there and then.

If a claim does need to be made, we’ll guide you through the process and liaise with our insurer on your behalf.

Before your installation

To make sure our insurance works properly for you, please let us know in advance about anything unusual on site — for example concealed pipes or cables, listed boundaries, sloping ground, shared access, or pets in the garden.

A few minutes of prep before the day can save a lot of hassle later.

Want to see our certificate?

We’re happy to provide a copy of our public liability insurance certificate before you book. Just drop us a message and we’ll send it straight over.

It’s a reasonable thing to ask for — any genuine installer should be able to produce one without issue.
