Whether you are ordering supply only or booking installation, here’s what to expect on the day and how to prepare so everything runs smoothly.
Supply-only deliveries
Supply-only deliveries can arrive any time between 9am and 4pm on your scheduled day.
Installation arrival
For fencing, screening and decking installations, the team usually arrives between 8am and 10am.
Before work starts
We confirm key site details, inspect the area and carry out a quick risk assessment before starting.
Supply-only deliveries
If you are ordering supply only, we recommend scheduling delivery the day before you plan to install your fencing or screening kits, so your project can start without delays.

Deliveries may arrive at any point during the day, so planning ahead can make installation day easier and less stressful.
Screening & fencing installation
Our team aims to make installation day straightforward. A few quick checks at the start help make sure the finished result is exactly where and how you want it.
On arrival
Our team will arrive on the scheduled day between 8am and 10am.
We’ll ask any job-specific questions about heights, lines and positioning, then complete a quick site inspection and risk assessment.
Before installation starts
Please make sure any old fences, bushes or other obstructions have been cleared from the fence line before we begin.
If you’d prefer us to deal with this, disposal can be added to your order.
Decking installation
Decking projects often need a few extra decisions on the day, especially around levels, positioning and any excavation required.
Planning the deck
Our team will arrive between 8am and 10am and confirm the layout, shaping and levels with you before work starts.
Once agreed, we complete a quick site inspection and risk assessment before construction begins.
Excavation
Any excavation needed for decking is charged separately.
If you already know the amount required, you can add excavation to your basket. If not, the installation team can advise you on the first day.
