Description
Matchboard Garden Gate
A pre-manufactured tongue-and-groove matchboard gate with a close-boarded finish. The standard gate is 900mm (3ft) wide and is available in 1.2m (4ft), 1.5m (5ft) and 1.8m (6ft) heights.
Opening size and fitting
The standard 900mm gate can suit openings from 900mm to 1120mm when appropriate treated timber wall plates or posts are used to reduce the opening. Gates outside this range require a special order, and openings between brick walls normally require wall plates. Check the diagrams above before selecting the configuration.
Included gate furniture
- 1 pair of 18-inch black powder-coated T hinges
- 1 black powder-coated ring latch
- 2 black powder-coated pad bolts suitable for padlocks
