Eligibility for returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, or the products have been installed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
What you need
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your order has been dispatched but not installed, your refund will be subject to a 30% handling fee.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item.
We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Important exclusions
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
